Description

[LOCATION]The apartment is also located in a more central area of central Tokyo, 7 minutes to Ginza Station without transfers, 9 minutes to Tokyo Station without transfers, and 3 minutes to Tsukiji Station without transfers. It is only a 30 second walk from the exit of the station, making it very convenient even when carrying heavy luggage or on rainy days. There are also many restaurants, convenience stores, and drugstores nearby.[APARTMENT]This room was designed by a famous Japanese architect (Yoshifumi Nakamura). This is a one-of-a-kind space that is not only unique in design, but also in materials and details. The elevator hall is plastered with diatomaceous earth, the skirting boards are made of copper plate, and the floor is finished with Oya stone in a pure Japanese style. Upon entering the room, the large windows are fitted with custom-made large shoji screens, giving the illusion of being in a long-established luxury ryokan (Japanese inn) in Kyoto. The walls and floors are made of solid wood, and most of the walls are finished with plaster. The furnishings are antique furniture and furnishings purchased by the hosts from various places in Japan, creating a wabi-sabi atmosphere. The 3.2 meter-wide kitchen is equipped with a three-burner gas stove, oven, and dishwasher, allowing for full-scale cooking. The entire room is a 94-square meter maisonette-type 2LD K layout. Except for the living room and kitchen, one room is a completely private room with a walk-in closet (lower floor), and the other room is the same space as the living room ((upper floor), however, if desired, curtains can be installed to separate it from the living space). The entire room consists of a bedroom, bathroom, and toilet on the lower floor, and a kitchen, living/dining room, bed space, and toilet on the upper floor.
