The room is designed for adults in a relaxed atmosphere, so you can concentrate on your work or study. The TV is a smart TV so you can watch YouTube, Netflix, etc. Wifi is also well connected. The bed is a large double bed, and there is also a sofa bed, but please note that if you use the sofa bed, the room will become smaller and there will be no room for two people to sit together. (We can also accommodate 3 people for an additional charge, but you will have to use the sofa bed). Utilities are included in the rent, so please feel free to use them. Air conditioning is provided! The room will be cleaned and bed linen and towels changed once during your stay. The owner's office is located in the building, so you can contact him if you need anything. We also keep your luggage at check-in and check-out.
