This room is a 16㎡ studio apartment on the first floor of a 36-year-old wooden apartment building in Momochi, a high-end residential area, with a 3-tatami mat loft. It is offered at an affordable price. It is licensed for short-term rentals through Airbnb. The nearest station is Fujisaki Station on the Subway Airport Line, and it is located near the main gate of a junior high school, so there are many patrols and it is a safe area. The apartment building has 4 units and I believe the occupancy rate is high, over 90%. The manager has 20 years of experience in hosting foreigners and interacts directly with the residents, but is calm and peaceful, and I believe women can feel safe. One single bed, one single mattress, and one single futon set are provided as rentals in accordance with the law. The bedding is a used rental item, so if you are concerned (especially if you have allergies or are particular about bedding), we recommend preparing a new set in advance via Amazon delivery or similar service. Fukuoka Tower, PayPay Dome, the beach, and the shopping street are relatively close by. There is a small convenience store a 2-minute walk away, and the facilities are set up to ensure you have everything you need for daily life. Unlimited free Wi-Fi is available, and the room is furnished with plenty of furniture, appliances, and daily necessities. Conversely, it may not be suitable for those who dislike having a lot of belongings. Of course, everything is prepared for guests, so you can use it as is, but please purchase any daily necessities you run out of yourself. Garbage is taken out on Tuesday and Friday nights in designated bags and placed on the street, but this applies to guests staying less than 7 nights. Please place your trash in the trash can on the first floor of the apartment building, and we will sort and dispose of it for you. While it is generally not permitted to move furniture and appliances outside, we can discuss on-site disposal requests starting from 5000 yen per item. Please check and contact us before using the room if you have any complaints or requests for rework regarding the cleaning. We thoroughly disinfect and clean the rooms, regularly disinfect the air conditioners with disinfectant spray, wash the comforters, purchased a new Sharp Plasmacluster air purifier during the pandemic, and have taken various precautions such as installing a flashlight for emergencies, a small-scale interconnected fire alarm, and fire-resistant curtains. Please refrain from booking if you are allergic to house dust or have excessive complaints, as this will be difficult for us to handle. This wooden apartment building has poor soundproofing, so it is not suitable for those sensitive to noise. Flexibility is required. Also, there are stairs, so it is not suitable for small children. Smoking is prohibited indoors 🚭; there is a smoking area outside. Pets are generally not allowed. We look forward to your use.
