The futons are second-hand rentals, so if you are concerned about this (or if you have allergies or are nervous), we recommend that you prepare a new set in advance by using Amazon delivery, etc. Fukuoka Tower, paypaydome, the beach, and shopping streets are relatively close by. A small convenience store is a 2-minute walk away, and the facilities are designed to ensure that you will not have any trouble with daily life. The room is equipped with unlimited free Wi-Fi, furniture, appliances, and plenty of daily necessities. On the other hand, it may not be suitable for people who dislike having a lot of things. Of course, everything is prepared for the guest, so you can use it as it is, but if you run out of daily necessities, please purchase your own. Garbage is taken out on Tuesday and Friday nights in designated bags and put out on the street, but please be careful not to disturb the neighbors. If you can put it in the trash can on the first floor of the apartment, we will check the separation and take out the trash. There is no additional cost. For long-term residents, we can discuss taking out furniture and appliances or requesting on-site disposal for 5,000 yen per item. In terms of hygiene, the air conditioner is regularly sprayed with disinfectant spray. We purchased a new Sharp Plasmacluster air purifier during the COVID-19 pandemic, and have alcohol disinfectant gel, a flashlight for disasters, a small-scale facility-use linked fire alarm, and flame-retardant curtains, but we have taken various measures, such as house dust, allergies, and excessive complaints, so please refrain from making a reservation. This wooden apartment has low soundproofing, so it is not suitable for people who are sensitive to sound. Flexibility is required. There are also stairs, so it is not suitable for small children.
