About a 7-minute walk from Ikebukuro Station, Penthouse Ikebukuro • Sky offers approximately 32 m² of thoughtfully furnished space for up to two people, with a balcony and your own private rooftop.
Whether you are visiting Tokyo for work, an extended stay or a move to Japan, make yourself at home with space to live, work and unwind.
SPACE TO LIVE, WORK AND UNWIND
The apartment includes a bed, sofa, dining table and desk, giving you space to enjoy meals, catch up on work and relax during a longer stay. Step out onto the balcony or spend time on your private rooftop when you would like a change of scenery.
FURNISHED FOR EVERYDAY LIFE
Internet, a TV, air conditioning, a refrigerator, a washing machine, a microwave, an electric kettle and an iron are provided. Cookware and tableware are also available, so you can prepare your own meals and settle into a daily routine. The building has an elevator.
FLEXIBLE EXTENDED STAYS
Stays of 30 nights or more are welcome, including 40, 45, 60 or 90 nights, subject to availability. Your stay does not need to follow calendar months.
Electricity, gas, water and internet are included in the rental rate. A separate move-out cleaning fee applies; routine cleaning during your stay is not included.
A NOTE ABOUT TRAIN SOUNDS
The building is close to railway tracks, so train sounds are part of the surrounding city atmosphere and can be heard inside the apartment. We have welcomed many guests over the years, but as everyone experiences sound differently, please keep this in mind if you are particularly sensitive to noise.
PLEASE NOTE
• Move-in: 3:00 PM / Move-out: 11:00 AM.
• No smoking inside the apartment. Parties and noisy gatherings are not permitted.
• Meals and beverages are not provided. Food and drinks shown in photos are for illustrative purposes only.
• Extensions are subject to availability and prior approval.
