When the landlord accepts the reservation request of the tenant, the contract will then be forwarded by the landlord to the tenant's message thread. Tenants must read the contract carefully & click "Agree" if they agree to the contract's contents. Once the contract is agreed by the tenant, payments will automatically be made from the tenants registered credit card.
When the tenant agrees to the contract, the Total Cost of the Stay is being paid right away. The amount will be transferred to the landlord's registered bank account 1 business day after the tenant's move in date, if the tenant signed the contract within 7 days before the move in date, the deposit will be completed within 10 business days after the tenant's move in date.
